About Us

External Intelligence Service – South Caucasus Region (EIS–SCR) is an independent, non-governmental analytical organization established to strengthen regional and global security through research, intelligence, and strategic analysis.

Operating under the jurisdictions of the Republic of Armenia, the United States, and international law, EIS–SCR serves as a center for identifying and forecasting hybrid threats, investigating corruption networks, and assessing geopolitical risks.

Our mission is to analyze, prevent, and counter complex regional and international threats through modern intelligence methodologies, including open-source intelligence, cyber intelligence, and counterintelligence assessments.
